The graduate of such career-ready programs as New England Center for Circus Arts' Intensive & ProTrack, the Entertainment Internship at Busch Gardens (Williamsburg), and York County School of the Arts, Fallon has been choreographing for over a decade now for major musical and theatrical performances, dancers, cheerleaders, and circus artists, children and adults. She makes competitive dance pieces for schools and studios, as well as offering audition help to professional actors and singers. Her most recent passion is collaborating with solo artists and circus companies to seek out a movement style that expresses their message, and employ it within their work, thereby helping acrobats, aerialists, jugglers, and clowns to connect with their audiences in new ways.

As well as choreographing for the company Circus Momentus, Circus Zing!, and other entertainment professionals, Fallon has choreographed for many schools and studios nation-wide, most notably as the in-house choreographer for the New England Youth Theatre. She has also sent two shows (You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown and My Fair Lady) to the International FRINGE! Festival in Edinburg, Scotland, the latter of which she also directed.
